About me

I was born and raised in Athens, Greece. I am a mixture of Germany (mother) and Greece (father). At the age of 16, I decided to move from the Mediterranean Sea to the North Sea in order to graduate from High School at St. Peter-Ording, close to Hamburg.

Later, I became a student of the Hotel Management School in Lausanne. As a graduate, I have specialized in international 5 star hotel openings around the world, responsible for their professional entry into the market.

Casablanca, Dubai, Addis Ababa and Berlin are some of the destinations where I was responsible for the sales and marketing department. My career path has consistently focused on team leadership and team motivation, target group oriented marketing – from budgeting to implementation, customer acquisition and customer satisfaction.

Well honestly, most of all I was excited about the chance to reconcile my thirst for adventure with my profession.

My life purpose

After more than 25 years work in the international hotel industry an „inner voice“ told me there should be more for me to accomplish in a next stage of my professional career. This led me to become an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified coach.

My focus is to improve communication through coaching on the executive level. Moreover I accompany people aiming at a professional reboot or even a change in their journey through life.

A couple of things that mean a lot to me

  • Mediterranean nature, history and lifestyle
  • Respectful interpersonal communication at eye level
  • Dare to try out new things
  • Aesthetic environment
  • Forget time when chatting with interesting people
  • Being authentic
  • Chocolate, but not the healthy one..

And I like this quote a lot too:

“Be the change that you want to see in the world”    Mahatma Gandhi
